"Gw masih di apartment nih, ga bisa ke kantor..Kantor gw di BOM..????

Saya pun bertanya-tanya, apakah benar itu terjadi?? atau hanya gosip belaka!!!

Ketika saya sampai di lantai dasar dan keluar Lobby saya melihat keadaan sekitar dan

matapun langsung tertuju ke arah hotel JW.Marriot yang kebetulan tidak terlalu jauh dari

tempat saya tinggal.

Suara sirine Ambulance, Polisi dan pemadam kebakaran pun riuh ramai bersautan.

Dan ternyata benar, Benda Orang Maksiat (BOM) kembali menggelegar di hotel JW.MARRIOT

& RITZ CARLTON JAKARTA.

Korban yang berjatuhan dari berbagai kalangan, ras, suku dan agama. Tapi yang jelas yang melakukan 

itu adalah Manusia yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Dia menyusun strategi sedemikian rupa. 

Entah apa yang ada didalam benaknya, apa motifnya?, apa tujuannya? dan apa yang akan ia dapatkan

setelah ia sukses melenyapkan nyawa manusia? membuat orang susah! membuat orang menderita

seumur hidupnya! melenyapkan nyawa seorang ayah, ibu, kakak, adik dan sanak

saudaranya yang menunggu dan mengharapkan kembali karena ia menggantungkan hidupnya

kepada orang yang ada disana dan menjadi korbannya!!

APAKAH IA MEMIKIRKAN EFEKNYA? APAKAH IA FIKIRKAN HAL ITU?

APAKAH IA MERASA PUAS DAN LEGA DENGAN SEGALA PERBUATANNYA??

INALILLAHI WAINNA ILAIHI RADJIUNNN...

“This is exciting! I just hope we don’t come across any snakes or crocodiles,” said Davina Veronica Hariadi, attempting to stay balanced in a wobbly wooden canoe. As a stalwart supporter of the World Wide Fund for Nature, the model and screen actress joined a trip to Ujung Kulon National Park last week to help raise awareness of the endangered Javan rhino. With the WWF rhino survey team, she braved muddy jungle terrain in order to reach a rhino mudhole — at all times looking impeccable. “My friends think what I’m doing with the WWF is cool because I’m usually in fashion. They wanted to join the organization because of me, but I said I didn’t think it was a good idea ‘because you’ll be worried about where to put your Fendi bag,’ ” she said, laughing. In April, the 31-year-old went on her first expedition with the organization to open the WWF-Indonesia branch in Sentani, Papua. It was an experience she wasn’t likely to forget. “I had to eat sago, their staple food. It was made of bark and was like a gel. The moment of swallowing had to be right or else it would get stuck in your throat. And you had to eat it with fish soup,” she said with a grimace. But this animal lover persisted. As one of WWF-Indonesia’s honorary supporters, Davina joins the ranks of other artists-cum-activist, like singer Nugie, actor Christian Sugiono and former Miss Indonesia Nadine Chandrawinata. “I approached WWF-Indonesia because I care and am concerned about the environment of Indonesia,” Davina said. The keen scuba diver, who dreams of plunging into one of the world’s most beautiful diving spots — Raja Empat in Irian Jaya — became a part of the WWF in 2008. In May, she took part in the World Ocean Conference in Manado, part of her various duties as an honorary WWF-Indonesia supporter. “The WOC really affected me, especially because I love to dive. To see the ruined coral reefs because of global warming and because of us humans was heartbreaking,” Davina said. Upon visiting a sea turtle conservation village in Bitung, North Sulawesi, she discovered the endangered marine creatures had become a viable source of income for the local residents. “On one hand, they are developing the habitat for the turtles, but on the other, they want to make money,” Davina said, referring to the practice of keeping baby turtles in cages for the viewing pleasure of tourists. The sea turtle babies will be released if and when tourists symbolically adopt the animals. “But the babies need to be released into the sea or they’ll die,” Davina explained. “They can hear the sea but are unable to reach it. It was torturing me. I wanted to free them.” The case of the sea turtles is just one of the many injustices that Davina has come across while working with WWF-Indonesia. The final trek in Ujung Kulon was to a banteng pasture on Cidaun Island, within the national park. Looking out on a vista reminiscent of Kenya’s renowned safaris, Davina popped a piece of elderflower-flavored candy in her mouth and said, with a dimpled smile, “After all, It’s not everyday I get to live in the jungle.”
